The Sources Panel , on the left of the Content Browser , lists the folders and collections in your Unreal Engine project. Customize it to include additional asset types and organizational features, and use it to start common editor operations.
When you select folders, collections, or other asset groups in Sources, the Asset View displays their contents.
Toggling the Sources Panel #
Open or close Sources from Settings in the Content Browser's upper-right corner by toggling Show Sources Panel . Hiding it provides more room for the Asset View .
Adding and Removing Sources #
The Sources panel starts with two sources by default:

A hierarchy of all project folders, grouped under the Project Name .

An alphabetical list of the current project's asset collections.
You can also add these asset sources:

Source-Based Asset Display #
The Asset View shows assets from the selected source. Searches and filters further refine what appears.
To view assets from several folders, select every folder to search. Use these mouse and keyboard combinations:

Left-click replaces the selection with the clicked folder.

Shift + left-click selects a range between the start and end folders.

Ctrl + left-click selects or deselects individual folders.
Right-Click Context Menu #
If you right-click a folder in Sources, the following context menu appears.
